A 1-1 nutrition consultation involves a detailed nutrition assessment that allows us to work together to develop an individualised plan that fits your preferences and current lifestyle, is both effective and sustainable helping you to achieve long term health benefits. The approach I use involves compassionate motivational strategies in a non-judgemental environment.
The package comes with 2 x Follow-up sessions that allows us to discuss your progress, address any concerns or limitations, make appropriate adaptations to ensure it continues to fit your lifestyle, share useful resources and answer any questions. There will be ongoing support provided between follow up sessions.
Individual Health Coaching
This comprehensive Individual health coaching offers a holistic approach, focusing on key areas of health and well-being: nutrition, activity, sleep, and mind, along with sustainable behaviour change support in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment using motivational strategies. You have the flexibility to choose your topics of interest or attend all sessions. You’ll receive ongoing support between the sessions if you choose to attend more than one.

The Association for Nutrition (AfN) is an independent regulator for Registered Nutritionists, working to protect and benefit the public. They maintain the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN), a register of qualified nutrition professionals who meet high standards of evidence-based practice. This register is recognized by Public Health England and the NHS.
AfN Registered Nutritionists hold a regulated title, receive supervision, follow an evidence-based approach, commit to continuous professional development and follow a strict Code of Ethics. Registered Associate Nutritionists (ANutrs) are individuals with a minimum of honours-degree level knowledge and understanding of nutrition science. They are qualified and competent to provide evidence-based information.

Registered Nutritionists provide evidence-based nutrition advice to individuals, groups, or populations, as well as animals and their carers. They work in sectors like charities, academia, industry, policy, healthcare, or as freelancers. Nutritionists can assist individuals with medical conditions as long as their advice doesn’t involve treating the condition unless collaborating with the healthcare provider. They can also support acutely ill patients within a multi-disciplinary team under the supervision of a regulated health professional, such as a doctor or dietitian.
Registered Dietitians require a qualification in Dietetics recognized by the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), available as an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. The HCPC regulates dietitians, and the British Dietetic Association serves as their professional body and trade union.

I am a qualified Public Health Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a Master of Science degree in Global Public Health Nutrition (Merit) from the University of Westminster, London. I am registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN), ensuring I stay current with the latest nutritional science and follow ethical and professional standards. In 2018, I was honoured with the ‘Inspire Award’ by GP Care Group, Tower Hamlets for my compassionate approach and innovative ideas.
With over 14 years of experience in public health, I have worked extensively with public health services offering family support, delivering the National Healthy Child Programme & health promotion workshops, supporting integrated health and well-being services for children and families, leading NHS National Diabetes Prevention Programmes.
My passion for nutrition stems from both professional and personal experiences, including a family history of metabolic health conditions and my own experience with pre-diabetes and breast cancer. These experiences motivated me to pursue an MSc in Global Public Health Nutrition to gain a deeper understanding of how nutrition and lifestyle affects our health and wellbeing.
I am committed to raising public health awareness and helping people prevent illness while improving their overall well-being through nutrition, activity, sleep, and emotional wellness.
